Ordered before 16:00, same day shipped
Newapparel.nl tries to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Almost all products in our webshop are in stock. Orders placed and paid on working days before 16:00 will be sent on the same day. 95% of all orders will be delivered the next business day.

Shipping costs Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
We do NOT handle shipping costs from € 200 excl. VAT. VAT for orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Orders below € 200 excl. VAT. we charge an amount of € 6.95 within the Netherlands.
Orders below € 200 excl. VAT. To Belgium or Germany we charge € 8.50.

New Apparel Return Policy

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business sales. Your order is therefore final after payment. Returns are only possible when a product does not conform to the agreement.

You are obliged to check upon delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must notify New Apparel as soon as possible and in any case within 48 hours after delivery, in writing and motivated.

We recommend that you first notify us by emailing info@newapparel.nl . If this does not lead to a solution within 14 days, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the Stichting WebwinkelKeur

You will send an e-mail with order number, total number of products and article number of the product to info@newapparel.nl . As an attachment, you send a picture on which the defect is clear.


Via the website
The following steps allow you to register your return through the website:

  1. Click My Account ;
  2. Log in to your account;
  3. Click "My Orders" in the left column;
  4. Click "View" to the right of the appropriate order;
  5. Click on "Return Items";
  6. Indicate which items you want to return, the reason and the return action;
  7. Click "Send".
After you have registered your return through our website, you can send your return to us, sufficiently postage and in good packaging. For example, for returning, you can use PostNL or DHL. We do not provide return tags and will not collect returns. Return address will be sent to you after registration.

If it has been shown that the products do not conform to the agreement, New Apparel has the choice to replace the products concerned with the return of them by re-entering new products or refunding the invoice value.

If the items appear in the return shipment, traces of use or damage, New Apparel reserves the right to claim damages.
